Daniel works in our commercial law team and specialises in property and commercial transactions, with a strong focus on property development, acquisitions and disposals, property syndication, contract drafting, finance and securities, conveyancing, and leasing.

With experience at both leading national and boutique law firms, Daniel is committed to delivering excellent results for his clients.

Recent achievements include*:
• Managing the acquisition, disposal, financing, and development of a 50+ site portfolio for a leading National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) housing developer.
• Negotiating the lease and construction contract of a major hospital in Subiaco for an international healthcare provider.
• Handling the acquisition and disposal of multiple development sites across Western Australia, each valued in excess of $20 million.
• Acting in the due diligence and business acquisition of a large leisure resort and associated winery in Serpentine, Western Australia.

Having grown up overseas, Daniel is fluent in both Bahasa and Hokkien.

Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, travelling, and spending quality time with his family. Daniel is based in our West Perth office.
