  • Acted for First Physio in relation to commercialisation of the Halo medical device- shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, IP assignment agreements, sale agreements
  • Acting for GSS and GMapps in relation to IP ownership arrangements with respect to novel minerals exploration technology- shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, IP assignment agreements, etc
