Jackie joined our Geraldton office after operating her own practice for 27 years.

Having practised in a broad range of areas over the years, including criminal and traffic matters, restraining orders, personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims, her particular interest lies in Deceased estate administration, Succession and Estate Planning and contested Wills and Estates.

Jackie has assisted interstate and overseas clients to reseal Probate and Letters of Administration grants in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

She has also represented clients in Family Provision Act claims if they have not been adequately provided for out of an estate.

Jackie also assists clients in:

· Applying for Probate and Letters of Administration, specialising in complex applications;

· Preparing Wills, including Testamentary Trusts;

· Preparing Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Guardianship;

· Administering Deceased Estates (including property and share transfers);

· Superannuation and Death Benefit claims;

· Fatal Accident and motor vehicle accident claims;

· Criminal Injuries Compensation claims; and

· Notary Services.

Jackie was appointed the District Public Notary for the Midwest region by the Supreme Court of Western Australia in July 2015.

She is a member of the Public Notaries Society of Western Australia, the Law Society of Western Australia and is an affiliate member of STEP WA (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners WA).

In her spare time, Jackie enjoys travelling and catching up with friends and family.
