Megan was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in November 2023 and has a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction from Murdoch University.

Megan is part of our litigation and dispute resolution team. She has a wide range of experience and can assist with disputes involving deceased estates and succession, guardianship and administration, trusts, corporate law and insolvency, property issues including leases, licences and access agreements, as well as agribusiness and farming, building and construction, contract disputes, debt recovery and consumer law claims.

Megan prides herself on giving practical advice that helps her clients achieve successful results and commercially beneficial outcomes.

Prior to commencing at Williams + Hughes, Megan worked in general rural practice in the southwest of WA, where she gained her diverse range of skills.

Outside of work, Megan is passionate about music, poetry and cosmology. You are most likely to find her camping, four-wheel driving and gazing up at the stars.
