Sylvia is a senior commercial lawyer who worked at a large commercial legal firm in London before moving to Australia in 1994.

Sylvia practises predominantly in the areas of general commercial property law and has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and retail leasing matters.

Sylvia’s clients include the owners of large privately held properties in the Perth CBD, the owners of shopping centres in various Perth suburbs, developers, strata companies and both corporate and private owners.

Sylvia also practises in other areas of property law, including loans, mortgages, caveats, easements, strata titles matters, subdivisions, and off the plan contracts of sale.

Sylvia also has experience in probate matters, from obtaining the grant of probate to dealing with the administration of deceased estates
